If defected products offered(without customers fault), KEPU will undertake the maintenance costs and freight costs.

Maintenance Service

Maintenance range: All LED Series products from KEPU

Maintenance period:Since the date of receipt of the maintenance items,KEPU Engineering and QC department will organize a speciallized repair team to complete in the shortest period(excluded transporation time)

Maintenance cost:During warranty period,as a result of products quality problems,maintenance-free charges.If customer improper use of the products,to be charged according to the component fee.

Customer Infomation

The maintenance products need to be accompanied by goods failure shows in order for engineers repair as soon as possible.

Please indicate exact address,phone number,fax,contact person,etc, in order for accurate returning.

The customer will undertake the freight costs of those returning maintenanced products,If any loss caused by transporation,KEPU will not undertake the compensation,but may apply for insurance on behalf of clients.

KEPU company keep the final right of the explanation of above regulation.
